RULES & REGULATIONS
The main purpose and object of this school is to make your child a good student, diligent and industrious, honest and truthful, just and fair in dealings with all. Please help us in this great and noble task.
Strict No-Tuition Policy: Do not approach the school teachers for tuition. Parents who have no time to give personal attention to child/children should not admit or continue their children in this school.
Extended Medical Leave: If a student is likely to be absent due to illness for a long period, the Principal must be informed immediately through an application with the name, class and section.
General Rules & Guidelines
- 1 In order to secure all that is best in education of our children, the maximum co-operation between parents and the school authorities is desired. Hence parents/ guardians are expected to co-operate with the school authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline, by seeing that they prepare their lessons daily, come to school in time, wear neat and clean uniform and take an active interest in the activities of the school.
- 2 Occasional reports about conduct and application of your child will be sent to you by the teachers through this Hand book. We request you to look into this book everyday, sign the remarks and see that the lessons and home-work assigned for the next day are done.
- 3 Students attending school without the leave note, repeatedly coming late or forgetting to bring books, diary or coming without the proper uniform will be punished.
- 4 Parents are required to sign the Report Card and any other similar document relating to their children when requested.
- 5 Tuitions are strongly discouraged. Parents who seek admission in this school and look out for tutors are taking a risk as they will depend on the sincerity of the tutors.
- 6 Parents, guardians or visitors are not allowed to see a student or interview their teachers during school hours without the sanction of the Principal. They are requested to come to the parent-teacher meeting when arranged.
- 7 Criticism of the teachers or school in the presence of a student should be avoided because it cause the child to loose respect for their teacher with a consequent failure to learn from the teachers. Parents having legitimate complaint, it may be brought to the notice of the principal.
- 8 Absence from school for two days must be supported by a leave letter from the parent or guardian of the student. Application for medical leave for more than 2 days should be accompanied by a medical certificate by a doctor who is M.B.B.S. If this leave continues for more than seven days, the Principal must be intimated. All the applications should be signed by the parent or guardian.
- 9 Should there be any infectious disease in the home, parent should keep their child/children at home, till the danger of infection has passed.
- 10 Changes in address or telephone number of parents or guardians must be intimated to the school in writing without delay.
- 11 When communication with the principal, parents are requested to mention in their letter, the class, section and name of the child/ children.
- 12 Parents/ Guardians are requested not to give money to children unless they receive a written notice from the school. Children should be provided with tiffin lunch, so that they do not buy unwholesome food from vendors.
- 13 Phone calls for teachers or students during class hours will not be entertained.
- 14 The school, its teachers and the parents are together in a continous process of the education of their child. In difficult situation, calm and gentleness should be displayed, so that the atmosphere is cordial, realizing that the net result of recriminations fall ultimately on the child. If the relation with the school authorities and the teachers are not cordial, it is advisable for parents to shift their child/children to other institutions of their choice.
- 15 Parents are requested, not to allow their wards to come to School in self-driven vehicles. If you do so you are responsible for any mis-happenings.
- 16 Electronic gadgets and cell phones are not permitted in the school if confiscated it won't be returned.
- 17 School does not provide any transport facilities.
