ATTENDANCE
All are expected to attend school on the re-opening day after vacation. Similarly, no one is allowed to leave for vacation earlier than the closing day.
Leave of Absence
No leave of absence for the whole day or part thereof is granted except on previous written application from parents or guardians and only for serious reasons. Absence without leave is liable to punishment at the Principal's discretion.
Minimum Attendance
A minimum of 75% attendance of the working days is required for promotion. Repeated absence more than three days without medical leave can render the student liable to dismissal.
Leave & Absence Record
Absence without leave: the student on returning to school must have the reason of absence entered and signed by the parent or guardian on the 'Leave and Absence Record', without this, the student will not be admitted to class.
Medical Leave
A student who returns to school after a contagious or infectious disease should produce a medical certificate by a doctor who is an M.B.B.S.
